It's not true that USC is in the ghetto. The neighborhood is a little rough, but where do you think all the Greek houses are? From elaborate decor on buildings to designer jeans and accessories on students, USC is all about being rich. If they're not wealthy, then they're talented enough to be on-scholarship. You will find world-class research facilities and intense academics, but even more intense is the "TROJAN PRIDE" students exude for their football team. However, the school culture can be a turnoff for those who don't like the elitist environment.
