One trait that sets this student body apart from the rest would be academic talent and pure determination. Many of these students will be the leaders of the world someday, ask our current president. There is no typical Yale student, many come from different backgrounds and walks of life. Yale students are also quite political, one would think purely conservative but no, many students here are left leaning. Political discussion doesn't just fade into the air, it motivates real action. Academically speaking, 75% of Yale courses enroll fewer than 20 students.

Yale's reputation is great and it offers students wonderful job placement after graduation. Wish it were in a nicer area otherwise I might be there now.

New Haven isn't the best place in the world, but well worth dealing with for the education Yale has. My classes are challenging and interesting and the professors are nothing short of spectacular.
